International Equal Pay Day 2025

Today we join in celebrating the International equal pay day

For Arcoda, equality is not a slogan but a daily commitment: we want every member of our team to have the same opportunities for growth and personal fulfillment, regardless of gender.

In 2023, we obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, which recognizes our commitment to equity, equality and inclusion.
An important achievement — but above all, an encouragement to keep moving forward, because we firmly believe that a fair workplace makes not only people better, but the company as a whole.

Terranova Summer Party 2025

On Friday, June 20, we experienced a very special moment: the long-awaited Terranova Summer Party, hosted in the beautiful setting of the Stazione Leopolda in Florence.

An open and welcoming space, transformed for one evening into a small summer village where to relax, laugh and chat with friends. Six food trucks with culinary proposals for all tastes, stands dedicated to beer and cocktails, a concert area where live music entertained the audience. All designed to encourage meeting and sharing!

It was exciting to get together: colleagues from the different companies that are part of Terranova Software, side by side in an informal atmosphere.

This year there was an extra reason to toast all together: Terranova celebrated its 25 years of history, innovation and growth. And to celebrate this important milestone in the best possible way, each employee was able to share the evening with loved ones and friends.

Thank you to Terranova Software for a wonderful evening.

Computer Vision Trento Symposium (CVTS): the pictures

The Computer Vision Trento Symposium 2025, in which we participated with great pleasure given the interest Arcoda devotes to these topics, has come to an end. At the event we had the opportunity to meet researchers, students, university professors and companies, and to exchange experiences and ideas on these amazing technologies, thanks to which we can create increasingly innovative applications dedicated to improving the work of distribution utilities.

At CVTS 2025, we held a number of demonstrations of our products and technologies, which allowed participants to experience first-hand the potential of extended reality applied to meters and electrical substations.

We would like to thank FBK and TEV for inviting us to participate in this wonderful event. Special thanks to Mattia Nardon of FBK for the pictures.
