Servizi a Rete TOUR 2026 comes to a close

Servizi a Rete Tour 2026

Two days of dialogue, innovation and new perspectives.

Our participation in Servizi a Rete Tour 2026 has come to a close. Year after year, the event continues to be an important opportunity for the utility sector to connect and exchange ideas.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand to discuss digitalisation, infrastructure management and the evolution of GIS systems supporting distribution utilities.

Special thanks go to Publiacqua and Matteo Di Ruberto for sharing the experience presented during the talk, “The Digital Excavation Site: an innovative approach to managing field operations”, demonstrating how innovation can create tangible value in day-to-day operational activities.

We leave Florence with new insights, new connections and the confirmation that the digital transformation of utility networks depends on data quality, process integration and collaboration between people and organisations.

Thank you to the organisers and to all participants for these two intensive days.

Personal Self-Defence Course

Corso autodifesa personale

Feeling safe should not be the exception, but the norm. This reflection inspired the personal self-defence course promoted by Arcoda, designed to offer female employees and female family members practical tools to increase awareness, prevention and personal safety.

Led by Ermanno Bassetti, instructor at the Krav Maga school in Trento, the course combined practical and theoretical elements, helping participants develop greater attention of risk situations, more confidence in their own abilities and a renewed sense of personal awareness.

The final feedback confirms the value of the experience: a high level of satisfaction, a tangible perception of greater personal safety and, for many participants, the desire to continue this journey even outside the company.

Bootcamps as a Best Practice

Bootcamp

Young people are not only the future of companies, but also a fundamental part of their growth. This belief gave rise to the “Bootcamps”, the project through which, at Arcoda, we chose to create a concrete opportunity for young talents, innovation and the world of work to come together.

We are pleased that our experience was presented as part of the initiative promoted by Confindustria Trento during the Festival dell’Economia, dedicated to the best practices of companies investing in new generations.

With the Bootcamps we wanted to go beyond a simple training project: our goal was to create a space where young people could engage with real challenges, work alongside our team and experience first-hand the value of applied innovation.

It was a mutually enriching experience, capable of opening up new perspectives and bringing new ideas to life.

Our thanks go to Confindustria Trento and the Festival dell’Economia for giving visibility to experiences that truly place people, training and the future at the centre.
