Christmas at Arcoda: celebrating a year of work and achievements

A festive period at Arcoda, marked by two traditional December celebrations.

We celebrated Christmas with our usual company dinner, which this year took place at the Terramia restaurant in the picturesque historic center of Trento. During this time of year, the city offers particularly charming views and a fairy-tale atmosphere. Only snow was missing to complete the perfect postcard!

The second event, however, is more closely tied to Trentino tradition. Every year, Arcoda celebrates Saint Lucy’s Day by inviting colleagues and their families to a company gathering. For the youngest guests, a special surprise awaits under the tree — a gift that anticipates those eagerly awaited on Christmas Eve.

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications renewed

Arcoda has successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications.

ISO 9001:2015 certifies that our business processes are focused on quality and continuous improvement, aligned with market requirements and applicable regulations.

Compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, on the other hand, confirms the adoption of a structured system for information security and protection, based on internationally recognized rules and best practices.

In addition, the certification body has confirmed the two extensions previously obtained by Arcoda:
🔹 ISO 27017:2015 – dedicated to information security in cloud services.
🔹 ISO 27018:2019 – focused on the protection of personal data processed or stored in cloud services.

International day for the elimination of violence against women

Today — and every day — we say NO to violence against women.

Millions of women around the world continue to suffer physical, psychological, or economic violence, all too often in silence and indifference. This day reminds us of the importance of listening, raising awareness, and taking action to build together a society based on respect, equality, and the dignity of every person.

We believe that change must also begin in the workplace. With this in mind, our commitment is constant and goes beyond awareness-raising. We have made concrete intervention tools available across the entire organization, formalized through the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, which strengthens prevention and the fight against any form of discrimination, violence, or harassment in the workplace. We have therefore established dedicated procedures to ensure that everyone can recognize inappropriate behavior and knows how to report it in order to receive support.
