Arcoda at Career Fair 2026

Conclusione Career Fair 2026

What really happens when the power goes out in our homes? Behind an outage lies a complex technological ecosystem working to ensure continuity, safety and rapid response.

This was one of the topics we wanted to bring to the 2026 edition of the University of Trento Career Fair. Together with Terranova Software, we chose to take part in order to engage with students who are beginning to shape their professional path, offering them a closer look at the role of technology in essential services for citizens.

We did so in the way that best represents us: by creating dialogue. Through an interactive quiz based on real-life situations, we turned complex topics into opportunities for discussion, curiosity and discovery. A simple approach capable of generating authentic conversations about the value of innovation, organisation and the skills behind the services we use every day.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand, played with us, asked questions and shared ideas, interests and perspectives.

The future is built this way too: by meeting, exchanging views and bringing new energy into circulation. See you at the next event.

Arcoda through the eyes of the youngest

The fast pace of everyday life often makes us lose sight of what really matters. That’s why, from time to time, it’s important that someone helps us look at our daily routine — and our work — without unnecessary complexity or overthinking.

We were reminded of this by the children of our colleagues, who took part in a small initiative: imagining and drawing Arcoda.

Taking part in the initiative were Alessio, Anna, Davide, Giacomo, Ilaria, Matteo, Nicola and Pietro. Their effort deserves recognition: as a reward, tickets to the MUSE – Museo delle Scienze di Trento, to enjoy a day of discovery and wonder. Thank you for your creativity!

Here are the drawings, telling the story of Arcoda through the eyes of the children of our families. An essential, clean portrait that, within its irregular and uncertain lines, preserves the essence we must always be able to recognise.
